MTS is a generalist who owns one of our hardest problems end to end from day one. No middle managers, no tickets handed down. You take the track that fits you: data and ingestion, AI/ML, or full-stack. Small senior team, on-site in central Stockholm, high pace.
We are making medical truth accessible for every doctor in Europe. That is an engineering problem before it is a mission, and it is the one you would own:
Make the world’s medical knowledge answer in seconds. Every guideline and reference ingested at full fidelity, structured, ranked by authority, kept current, so a doctor mid-consultation has the whole of NICE, CKS and BNF answering in plain English.
Turn retrieval into a safety system, not a search box. Here the right passage is a correct dose and the wrong one is harm. You build the grounding that earns a clinician’s trust on the very question they already know the answer to.
Prove it safe on every release. Clinician-authored rubrics, continuous evaluation, drift detection, and safety gates that fail closed, held to a bar above general frontier models.
Scale it across a continent. The UK this quarter, then country by country, each on its own authoritative sources. You help build the platform that carries medical truth across Europe.
Strong software generalist. Really good with backend, capable of doing frontend, and you understand how RAG and agentic systems are designed and built. You ship fast and own a problem without supervision. You want to be in the office with the team, not tolerate it.

EU-hosted and built as a regulated medical device: UK MDR, GDPR, EU AI Act.
Praxis is Sovereign AI for European doctors — a regulated clinical knowledge platform that answers doctors’ questions with sources they already trust (in the UK: NICE, CKS, BNF), fully traceable from answer to source.
We launch in the UK this quarter and are building the category leader for clinical AI in Europe. Backed by Creandum and Balderton.
