The Chief of Staff owns everything that spans our three competencies (engineering, clinical, regulatory) or falls between them. You drive the company's highest-stakes outcomes across all three without formal authority, working side by side with the CEO. Small senior team, on-site in central Stockholm, high pace.
Praxis stands on three legs. You are the connective tissue that holds them together, and the owner of what would otherwise fall between them:
Drive MDR certification and the launch. Two of the company's highest-stakes projects, from week one. Both cut across tech, clinical, and regulatory, and both need one owner carrying them to done.
Be the connective tissue. You catch what slips between engineering, clinical, and regulatory, and move it forward without waiting for a mandate. If it has no owner, it is yours.
Communicate at investor grade. Reports, decks, and writing to a standard the board reads, built on a numbers-first, detail-obsessed foundation, with the judgement to be a real sparring partner to the CEO.
Credible across all three legs: technical enough to talk to engineers, clinically literate, regulatorily aware. An operator who owns outcomes, not an advisor who recommends them. Intense by nature and well liked in the room. You want to be in the office with the team every day, not tolerate it.
A role to grow into as the company grows, and a founder school: the best seat in the house if you want to learn to operate a company before you start your own. You work directly with the CEO on everything that matters.
Praxis is Sovereign AI for European doctors, a regulated clinical knowledge platform that answers doctors’ questions with sources they already trust (in the UK: NICE, CKS, BNF), fully traceable from answer to source.
We launch in the UK this quarter and are building the category leader for clinical AI in Europe. Backed by Creandum and Balderton.
Intro conversation. With our CEO.
Case and presentation. A real problem, worked and defended with the CEO.

Offer.
On-site in central Stockholm, seven days a week, with the team. We say that plainly so the right person self-selects.
High comp, high expectations.
